Lady Falcons Fall to Orange
The Lady Falcons came into to Monday night's contest with a two game winning streak as they beat Hawken and Warrensville last week.
Back to their winning ways, the Lady Falcons looked to win their 10th game of the season as they faced Orange's Lady Lions. The first half was a tightly contested game as the first two quarters were up and down. Unable to sustain a good scoring rhythm, the Lady Falcons were down at halftime.The score at the halftime break was 27-18.
Being in familiar territory, the Lady Falcons knew what they had to do to get back into this game. In the third and fourth quarters they climbed back to tie the game with four minutes left on the clock at 46 a piece. Unfortunately, the Lady Falcons could not get over the hump to beat the Lady Lions as they lost 55 to 50.
Next game is home against the Lady Tigers of Cleveland Heights on Wednesday.
