Track Team Competes in Weingard Relays
This past Saturday at Cleveland Heights the girls and boys track team participated in the Ned Weingard Relays. The girls were lead by Brittany Holloway who placed 7th in the 100 meters against a very competitive Div. I field. She also anchored the 6th place 4x100 team that included Kayla Perry, Taylor Thompson, and Navaisha Campbell. In the field, Jeri Pollard continues to be impressive in both the shot put and disc. She had the second best shot put of the day and Jeri and Karlea Pollard were 4th in that event. The same two ladies were 6th place finishers in the discus. On the boys side William Moore and Karlton Pickens finished in 8th place for the discus event. Congratulations to all who participated!
