Set Construction for A Raisin in the Sun
Set Construction for A Raisin in the Sun

Last week we were excited to announce the fall drama called A Raisin in the Sun. This week we would like to take some time to highlight the outstanding job the backstage crew is doing. The back drop is going up, there is a whole lot of painting going on. Some students even went prop shopping at Lutheran East. They proved the old adage about one person’s junk is another person’s treasure to be true. There are so many things that are time period props in this building. Mrs. Chiles and her treasure hunters are very excited to have found so many valuable goods. Next week the main back drop with be constructed and painting will commence, new lights will go in, and actors will be able to practice their actual entrances and exits.
