Thanksgiving Break over, Students Plan for Final Exams

At Lutheran East, we had a great start to our Thanksgiving Break as our choir, Life Everlasting Gospel Choir, gave its first public performance for students and parents on the evening of November 26th.  It was a fantastic sight to see so many parents and faculty and students attend the concert.  What was more encouraging was the audience involvement.  Many people were dancing, singing, and clapping along with our choir.  If you missed this performance, please plan to attend the Christmas Concert on December 19th at 6:45 p.m. in the Lutheran East auditorium.

This coming week we are all back in the swing of school and looking forward to finals on December 18th-20th.  With only two weeks until break, many exciting things are happening.  The basketball season has begun for girls and boys, the food drive is continuing until December 20, and students are having various class fundraisers to benefit activities they wish to participate in.  The school is abuzz with loads of excitement and activity.
