Lutheran East Starts School Year Off Strong!
Lutheran East Starts School Year Off Strong!

Lutheran East is beginning a very special year with 190 students in attendance!  We praise God for His faithfulness to our school.  We have grown in terms of faculty, academics, and students.  The highlight for this week has been our two opening chapels.  On Tuesday, August 20th, Abundant Grace Fellowship led our school in worship while Pastor Birch delivered the message.  Students were encouraged to set goals, keep Christ in focus, and be successful this school year.  Our second chapel was amazing with the addition of Mr. Brandon Lipford, Choir Teacher.  Mr. Lipford helped establish a tone with worship that is so refreshing for Lutheran East faculty and students.  Our speaker was Mr. Steinmann, Principal, and he encouraged students to know that their real home is in heaven with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

What is more exciting than the messages and the worship is the fact that Lutheran East is able to minister to 190 young people this year.  Students will receive an excellent education, but more importantly they will receive spiritual guidance.  Seeing those young people gathered in the auditorium, worshiping, and praising our God is the best way a school year could begin.
