On January 23 the Lady Falcons Squared off against the Lorain Lady Titans. This was a an exciting game from the jump. The Lady Titans would race down the floor and score then the Lady Falcons would race down the floor and get a bucket. This fierce pace continued for the entire first half with the Lady Falcons going into halftime with 28-26 lead. The Lady Falcons came out in the second half and was hit with an onslaught of Lady Titans baskets which ballooned their lead to 42-32 at the end of three quarters. The night would not be over for the Lady Falcons as they refuse to lose. The Lady Falcons turned up the pressure to another level. The Lady Titans had no idea what hit them as they looked confused and dismayed. The Lady Falcons out scored the Lady Titans 22-7 for a major win for this young program. The final was 54-49 Lady Falcons. The Lady Falcons were lead in scoring by Tyra Eppinger led the way with 16. Tamia Mitchell added 14, Alaya Henderson chipped in 12 on the night. The young Lady Falcons travel to Barberton tomorrow to take on the Purple Magics.
