Athletic Physicals Available 8/5
All student-athletes need an annual physical evaluation in order to participate in athletic contests. Lutheran East will have a doctor on site to do physicals on August 5th from 4:30-5:30. The cost will be $20. Athletes must have a copy of the OHSAA physical form filled out prior to that evaluation. Those forms are available in the school office, from Athletic Director's office, from the coaching staffs, or by downloading the link below. Please contact Mr.Stevens for more information.
