Track Team Weathers Harsh Conditions at Mentor Relays

The Lutheran East Track team persevered through a cold, gloomy, rainy day to compete in the Mentor Relays on April 28th.  The weather may have been less than ideal, but the athletes were in high spirits as they competed and cheered one another on.
In early results, Jerry Christian jumped over 16 feet while leading the long jump relay.  Torrie Simmons led the girls shotput relay as she continued her drive to make it out of the districts in the shot.
