Your student’s application to Lutheran East consists of three key components that allow our Admissions Committee to best consider each applicant. To be considered for admission students need to:
2. Submit a recent report card or transcript and, if applicable, student’s IEP/504 Plan*
3. Complete an admission’s interview
At Lutheran East we believe that family involvement is a key to student success and therefore parents and guardians are invited to be involved throughout the application process. In addition to academic records, families must submit their student’s immunization records, emergency consent and authorization forms, as well as other documents required by Lutheran East’s “Final Registration” policies prior to beginning school at Lutheran East.
